Looks like everyone is having this problem on FB, and Zynga is not doing much to fix it. So if you cannot click the button for boss fight, and that is preventing you to get final Mastery title and Loot Item, here is a list of URL's that will initiate the Call for Help for Boss Fight ,just as it would if button was not locked.
PS: Make sure you are in Moscow and in the right episode before you use the links above. And in case you didn't get a dialogue to post it on the wall, but got the message that mafia was alerted, ask your friends who have you in their top Mafia to check their Player Updates on Home screen link should be there.
